In order to meet the needs of the reform and development of the hospital, the Performance appraisal Office was established in May 2015, and currently has 5 staff members。Mainly responsible for the planning and continuous improvement of the whole school's performance appraisal system, and responsible for organizing and coordinating the appraisal and payment of the whole school's incentive performance salary。
2. Job responsibilities
(I) Responsible for the planning of the performance appraisal system of the whole hospital and the continuous improvement of the performance appraisal system under the leadership of the leaders in charge of the school。
(2) Organizing and coordinating the determination of performance indicators。
(3) Organize and coordinate the assessment of performance indicators。
(4) According to the performance assessment results of various functional departments, undertake the data collection and assessment of the work performance and workload of all departments and departments of the hospital, and summarize and analyze the assessment results。
(V) Summarize the monthly assessment results and annual assessment results as the basis for the payment of hospital incentive performance salary。
(VI) Accounting, approval and reporting of the President's responsibility target award。
(7) Complete other work assigned by the leadership of the Institute。
