The Student (Practice) Management Section of Clinical Medical College of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (the previous full name is the Student Management Section of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Practice Management Section) was established in July 1998, with 1 section chief, 1 deputy section chief and 1 officer。Under the guidance of the Party Committee and administration of the college, it is the functional department responsible for the work of the senior and senior five students of the clinical medical School under the leadership of the Party committee and administration of the Clinical Medical School。The main functions are: enrollment of clinical medical students, employment of graduates, graduation practice of students, daily education management of students, student commendation and reward, student scholarship evaluation, poor student work, evaluation and issuance of national student loan, ideological and political work of students and team building。There are 6 staff members, including 1 Student Management Section chief (and internship Management Section chief), 1 General branch secretary of the Student Party, 1 general branch secretary of the Student League, and 3 full-time counselors。Complete various tasks under the supervision of the Head of the Student (Internship) Management Section;There are more than 1000 students in the school, and the School of Clinical Medicine is responsible for the national and provincial key specialty of traditional Chinese medicine and provincial key specialty of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical medicine。
I. Main functions:
1. Responsible for drawing up students' ideological and political education plan, organizing workers to carry out students' ideological research and work discussion regularly。
2. Responsible for organizing and arranging graduation internship。
3. Responsible for organizing and coordinating the ideological education of students at all levels, including freshman entrance education, professional education, style of study education, ideological education of graduates, civilized school-leaving education, etc。
4, responsible for the formulation and improvement of student management rules and regulations and work systems。
5. Responsible for the formulation of students' comprehensive evaluation and evaluation program, guide and check the evaluation and evaluation work, receive students who put forward different opinions during the publicity period, and handle related telephone consultation。
6. Responsible for dealing with students' disciplinary violations。
7. Responsible for organizing and coordinating the investigation, verification and statistics of the financial difficulties of students' families, and file management of students in extreme poverty。Review the suspension of tuition and miscellaneous fees for students with difficulties, check the implementation of the policy of granting subsidies for students with difficulties and reducing tuition and miscellaneous fees, and organize the declaration, review and follow-up management of national student loans。
8. Responsible for students' work-study work, developing work-study bases, increasing employment positions, and flexible employment forms。
9. Responsible for the handling and compensation of students' medical insurance。
10. Responsible for the overall planning of freshmen reception work, arrangement and coordination of reception tasks。
11. Responsible for assisting relevant departments in organizing activities such as university-wide student assemblies and large conferences, dealing with the preparatory arrangements for office meetings and student-related meetings, making preparation before, service during and summary after the meeting。
12, responsible for assisting the student apartment management center。
13. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of student management information system, timely collection, update and adjustment of relevant data, and strive to do a good job in student management network。
14, responsible for establishing and improving the electronic student archives, standardized student archives management。
15. Assist in strengthening the management and construction of the team of counselors, and do a good job in training, assessment, summary and commendation。
16. Responsible for sending and receiving, sorting out and keeping documents and filing documents of the department。
17. Responsible for editing and printing the Student Work Newsletter。
18. Responsible for organizing and coordinating the recruitment consultation and publicity work, strengthening the contact with provincial key middle schools, making in-depth recruitment consultation work in a planned and vigorous way, and ensuring the quality of students。Responsible for the daily consultation and reception of candidates and parents。
19. Responsible for drafting, printing, sending and receiving daily enrollment documents;Do a good job of data statistics, analysis, research and material sorting of enrollment work, and do a good job of employment summary。
20. Coordinate the admission of new students, including case review of new students' admission qualifications, evaluation of outstanding new students' scholarships, explanation and handling of remaining problems in enrollment。
21. Complete other work assigned by hospital leaders and college leaders。
Second, procedures
1. For the identification of poor students, the students themselves should first submit a written application, and submit the Questionnaire of Family Economic Situation and relevant certification materials. The poor students identification team of the class will evaluate the written application materials and the actual situation of the students, determine the poverty level, and the department will review and record after there is no objection;
2, student annual evaluation, various awards, grants, need to be published 5-7 working days, and then after the review of the student work leading group without objections, reported to the school's student office for review;
3. Before students carry out various cultural and sports activities and various useful social activities, they should report to the activity plan for approval before carrying out;
4. The rewards and punishments for students shall be carried out according to the Setting and Selection Methods of Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Student Evaluation Awards (Trial) and the Interim Measures for Punishment of Students of Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Violation of Records;
5, students in the emergency, in the active response to deal with the first in charge of student work leaders, school of student office leaders report, emergency can be directly reported to the school in charge of student work leaders and dean of clinical school of medicine。
