Ii. Main functions

(18) Responsible for the formulation and issuance of weekly work arrangements in the hospital。

(19) Responsible for keeping the administrative seal and license of the hospital, issuing a letter of introduction, and managing and using the hospital in strict accordance with relevant regulations。

20. Handling letters and visits from the people。

(21) Responsible for hospital archives management and library management。
